  STILAS International Law Services is an American law firm, consisting of an international professional association of licensed attorneys at law. Collectively with the STILAS group of companies, it is recognized by Martindale-Hubbell, Lexis-Nexis, West Law, Thompson-West and FindLaw as an international law firm, with verified listings. STILAS is authorized by law to provide legal support services and law-related services in all US jurisdictions nationally and internationally. Legal services are also provided for financial institutions and government agencies.

  STILAS Financial Services is a licensed law firm, licensed financial institution and licensed escrow agent, with a “Type A” international financial services license. It was established to serve as Collateral Provider for structured project financing transactions, and consists of a consortium of Depositors, who are institutional and accredited investors. As a law firm, it is the direct legal representative of the Depositors who are members of our consortium.
